Full-priced items purchased through www.amarra.com may be returned within 5 days of delivery.Â
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. In order to receive a new size or item, you will need to place a new order.
Final Sale:Final sale items and Quinceañera dresses are excluded from being returned.
Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items that are missing tags or that have been worn or damaged in any way are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.Â
Any damaged or worn items returned will not be refunded.
Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Fees: Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Any promotional or free shipping will be deducted from the final refund. Return shipping charges and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Request A Return: Returns may be requested through emailing us at returns@amarra.com. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Non authorized returns will not be refunded.
Item must be received back at Amarra within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after that point will not be refunded or credited.
Please allow up to 10 days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return.Â
 You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.
We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.
To start an international order return, please email returns@amarra.com to request a return label to ship your item(s) back.

Once we have received and accepted your return it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please contact your bank with additional questions.Â
